研究目的：

1、分析研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患儿PSG监测结果与腺样体肥大程度、扁桃体肥大程度及患儿病史、生活史、用药史的相关性；2、分析比较不同腺样体、扁桃体肥大程度及病史、生活史、用药史的患儿分泌性中耳炎和过敏性鼻炎发病率差异；3、分析研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿病情的发生发展情况；4、评估阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿的生活质量及其影响因素和变化趋势；5、探究上呼吸道相关因素对儿童睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的严重程度及预后的影响

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the relationship between PSG outcome and adenoid size, tonsil size, medical history, life history and medication history of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome; 2. To analyze the incidences of otitis media with effusion and allergic rhinitis with different adenoid sizes, tonsil sizes, medical histories, life histories and medication histories in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome; 3. To analyze the onset and development of children with obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome; 4. To assess the quality of life and its influencing factors and changing trends in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome; 5. To explore the influence of upper respiratory tract related factors on the severity and prognosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome in children.
