研究目的：

研究目的： 随着聋儿群体不断扩大，耳蜗植入（CI）技术日趋成熟，家庭康复需求日益提高。本项目拟采用先进的移动互联网技术、云计算技术、大数据分析以及康复医学的理论和实践，研工结合构建一个综合性的CI患儿听觉-言语-语言-认知游戏化康复训练平台并应用，为患者提供个性化、科学化、游戏化的康复训练方案，促进患者听觉、言语、语言、认知能力的恢复与提高。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: With the continuous expansion of the deaf children population, the cochlear implant (CI) technology is becoming increasingly mature, and the demand for family rehabilitation is rising. This project aims to integrate advanced mobile internet technology, cloud computing technology, big data analysis, and the theories and practices of rehabilitation medicine to develop and apply a comprehensive game-based rehabilitation training platform for CI children. This platform will provide personalized, scientific, and game-based rehabilitation training plans for patients, promoting the recovery and improvement of their auditory, speech, language, and cognitive abilities.

1. 中耳或内耳畸形 2. 患有听神经病 3. 术后各种原因植入体损坏 4. 评估结果缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1. Middle ear or inner ear malformations 2. Hearing nerve diseases 3. Damage to the implanted device due to various reasons after the surgery 4. Missing assessment results

在对照组基础上应用游戏化康复训练平台干预。通过二维码扫描下载安装康复游戏软件，患者完成注册及登录，填写个人信息，设置账号及登录密码，采用一对一的方式，教会患儿及其照顾者使用该软件，患者熟悉该软件功能及各模块。干预时间6个月。

The intervention was carried out by applying a gamification rehabilitation training platform on the basis of the control group. Patients downloaded and installed the rehabilitation game software by scanning the QR code. After registration and login, they filled in personal information, set up an account and login password. The intervention was conducted in a one-to-one manner, teaching the patients and their caregivers how to use the software. The patients became familiar with the functions and modules of the software. The intervention lasted for 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究使用根据方案设计的结构化CRF。所有临床观察数据和检测结果均由研究护士根据源文件（门诊/住院病历）准确填写至纸质CRF。填写过程遵循《CRF填写指南》，确保数据源头清晰可溯。本研究使用 REDCap 系统进行数据的管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employed a structured CRF designed according to the protocol. All clinical observation data and test results were accurately filled out by the research nurses onto paper CRFs based on the source documents (outpatient/ inpatient medical records). The filling process followed the "CRF Filling Guide" to ensure clear traceability of the data source. This study utilized the REDCap system for data management.
