研究目的:

研究基于人工智能的数字化颌骨畸形诊断与正颌手术设计与效果分析系统,开展诊断评估、治疗方案设计、手术定位颌板(导板)设计,研究贯穿整个畸形诊疗流程的人工智能诊疗算法和模块化的诊疗设计。对颌骨畸形诊疗人工智能诊疗算法进行可行性、准确性和有效性验证,为实现颌骨畸形的智能化、自动化诊断与正颌手术设计提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Research on an artificial intelligence-based digital system for the diagnosis of jaw deformities and the design and outcome analysis of orthognathic surgery includes carrying out diagnostic assessment, treatment plan design, and surgical positioning jaw plate (guide plate) design. It studies AI diagnostic algorithms and modular diagnostic design throughout the entire deformity diagnosis and treatment process. The feasibility, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI diagnostic algorithms for jaw deformity treatment are validated, providing an experimental basis for achieving intelligent and automated diagnosis of jaw deformities and orthognathic surgery design.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患者术前诊断需接受根尖下截骨术; 2.患者有全身系统性疾病、外伤史,患有颌骨骨髓炎,或曾被诊断为唇腭裂、半侧颜面短小等颅面部综合征; 3.患者因其他原因退出试验或不能完成术后随访。

Exclusion criteria:

1. The patient needs to undergo apicoectomy based on their preoperative diagnosis; 2. The patient has systemic diseases, a history of trauma, jaw osteomyelitis, or has been diagnosed with cleft lip and palate, hemifacial microsomia, or other craniofacial syndromes; 3. The patient withdraws from the study for other reasons or cannot complete postoperative follow-up.
