Transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) is a blood transfusion complication defined as a new acute lung injury (ALI) that occurs during or within 6 hours after the completion of a transfusion, and is usually mediated by recipient exposure to donor plasma with antibodies to human leukocyte antigen (HLA) and human neutrophil antigen (HNA). 研究目的:

目前广西壮族自治区内苗族 HNA-3 基因频率分布鲜有报道,苗族是柳州市人口的重要组成部分,特别是融水苗族自治县。HNA-3a 抗原与抗 HNA-3a 和输血相关急性肺损伤(TRALI)之间的关联尤为重要。因此,课题拟通过序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应技术针对柳州地区苗族人口 HNA-3 基因分布进行研究,在大量血浆和血小板成分被输注时,减少 TRALI 的发生,及时发现 TRALI 并做出有效的应对措施,对提高输血安全具有重要的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study:

At present, there are few reports on the HNA-3 gene frequency distribution of the Miao people in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Miao people are an important part of the population of Liuzhou City, especially in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County. The association between HNA-3a antigen and anti-HNA-3a and transfusion-associated acute lung injury (TRALI) is particularly important. Therefore, the project plans to use sequence-specific primer polymerase chain reaction technology to study the distribution of HNA-3 gene in the Miao population in Liuzhou, reduce the occurrence of TRALI when a large number of plasma and platelet components are infused, detect TRALI in a timely manner and make effective countermeasures have important clinical significance for improving blood transfusion safety.
