研究目的：

探索幽门螺杆菌根除治疗对代谢相关脂肪性肝病的改善情况，旨在为临床治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病寻找新的方法和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the improving effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy on metabolic associated fatty liver disease, so as to explore novel strategies and approaches for the clinical treatment of metabolic associated fatty liver disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往幽门螺杆菌药物根除治疗的病史； 2.对根除HP治疗药物中任何一种过敏； 3.存在需要药物治疗的细菌、病毒、真菌感染； 4.肝硬化、肝脏手术或肝移植史； 5.消化道肿瘤病史； 6.严重心功能不全、肾功能不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of previous pharmacologic eradication therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection;
2.hypersensitivity to any agent used in H. pylori eradication therapy;
3.presence of bacterial, viral or fungal infections requiring pharmacologic treatment;
4.history of liver cirrhosis, hepatic surgery or liver transplantation;
5.history of gastrointestinal tract neoplasms;
6.and patients with severe cardiac insufficiency or renal insufficiency.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：由经统一培训的研究人员，在入组基线及随访 24 周两个时间点，完成受试者一般资料、体格检查、实验室指标、影像学结果及标本数据的采集，相关信息如实记录于病例报告表及原始病历中，确保可溯源。 数据管理：采用双人双录入方式建立电子数据库，开展逻辑核查与异常值核对；电子数据加密存储并双重备份，纸质资料专人专柜管理。研究全程对受试者隐私进行匿名化处理，严格保密。数据核查完毕后锁定数据库，研究资料统一归档留存，全程实施质量控制，保证数据真实、准确、完整。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection Data shall be collected by uniformly trained researchers at two time points: baseline at enrollment and the 24‑week follow‑up. The collected content includes the subjects’ general demographic data, physical examination findings, laboratory indicators, imaging results and specimen‑related data. All relevant information shall be truthfully recorded in case report forms and original medical records to ensure traceability. Data Management An electronic database shall be established using a double‑entry method performed by two independent researchers. Logical checks and outlier verification shall be conducted. Electronic data shall be stored in an encrypted manner with dual backup, while paper documents shall be managed by designated personnel in dedicated locked cabinets. Subjects’ privacy shall be anonymized throughout the study with strict confidentiality. The database shall be locked upon completion of data verification, and all research documents shall be uniformly archived and retained. Quality control shall be implemented throughout the entire process to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the data.
