研究目的：

本研究旨在在 SO 最新定义和诊断标准下，通过对住院患者进行肌少性肥胖症的现况调查和研究，揭示其流行病学特点、相关危险因素，并探索有效的干预策略，将为临床治疗提供有力的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims, under the latest definitions and diagnostic criteria of sarcopenic obesity (SO), to conduct a current situation investigation and research on sarcopenic obesity in inpatients. It seeks to reveal its epidemiological characteristics, related risk factors, and explore effective intervention strategies, thereby providing a solid basis for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.①患有严重精神疾病或无法完成评估的患者； ②非自愿参加研究或拒绝参与者； ③无法按要求完成检测、问卷调查、随访的患者； ④服用影响体重和体成分的药物使用者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe mental illness or who are unable to complete the assessment; 2.non-consent or refusal to participate in the study; 3.patients unable to complete required tests, questionnaires, or follow-ups; 4.users of medications that affect body weight and body composition.
