1.比较ACL重建后达到临床RTS标准患者与健康人在完成单腿落地动作时股骨与胫骨间的运动学特征,评估其对ACL移植物的力学影响,并将运动学数据用作完善RTS筛查地补充方案。 2.量化ACLR术后RTS患者与健康对照在跳跃落地时的膝关节运动学、ACL在体相对应变、地面反作用力及肌肉激活模式的差异。 3.探究异常的膝关节生物力学特征与神经肌肉控制模式,动力学参数之间的相关性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. Compare the kinematic characteristics between patients who achieved the clinical RTS standard after ACL reconstruction and healthy individuals during the single-leg landing movement, evaluate the mechanical impact on the ACL graft, and use the kinematic data as a supplementary plan for improving the RTS screening method. 2. Quantify the differences in knee joint kinematics, ACL relative strain in the body, ground reaction force, and muscle activation patterns between RTS patients after ACLR and healthy controls during jumping landing. 3. Explore the correlation between abnormal knee joint biomechanical characteristics, neuromuscular control patterns, and dynamic parameters. |

排除标准: |
1. 双侧ACL损伤; 2. 其他韧带联合损伤; 3. 近一年内,除此次 ACL 重建手术外,出现过其它下肢损伤; 4. 存在怀孕、神经系统疾病及心血管疾病等; 5. 存在影响核磁共振扫描的金属植入物,幽闭恐惧症等。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Bilateral ACL injury; 2. Other ligament combined injuries; 3. Within the past year, apart from this ACL reconstruction surgery, there have been other lower limb injuries; 4. Presence of pregnancy, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, etc.; 5. Presence of metal implants that affect MRI scans, claustrophobia, etc. |
