研究目的：

开发基于脊柱椎弓根螺钉手术规划的固定棒形态优化算法、开发形态设计软件、研制折弯装置的制作，对比手工弯棒和折弯装置弯棒的手术流程，通过临床试验，形成完整的手术流程。

Objectives of Study：

Develop an optimized algorithm for the shape of the fixation rod based on the surgical planning of spinal pedicle screws, develop shape design software, and manufacture a bending device. Compare the surgical workflows of manual rod bending and rod bending with the bending device, and form a complete surgical workflow through clinical trials.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.ASA 分级 IV 级，存在严重心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍，无法耐受手术； 2.脊柱肿瘤、感染、创伤急性期（伤后 < 72h）、先天性脊柱畸形等特殊病变；凝血功能障碍、免疫功能低下，存在手术禁忌证； 3.精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合随访； 4.主刀医生或麻醉医生评估为手术高危患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Class IV, with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, and inability to tolerate surgery. 2. Special spinal pathologies including spinal tumors, spinal infections, acute spinal trauma (< 72 hours post-injury), and congenital spinal malformations; coagulation disorders, immunodeficiency, and presence of surgical contraindications. 3. Psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment, with inability to cooperate with follow-up. 4. Patients assessed as high surgical risk by the attending surgeon or anesthesiologist.
