研究目的：

1.分别评估单一疾病的作用：分析糖尿病或骨质疏松单独存在时，对髋部骨折围术期并发症发生率（如感染、心血管事件、血栓等）、术后恢复情况及死亡率的影响。 2.考察二者合并的协同效应：明确糖尿病与骨质疏松是否存在交互作用，探讨其联合状态下是否会加重患者的围术期风险和术后功能预后。 3.风险分层与临床价值：识别围术期高危人群，探索关键危险因素，为临床制定个体化干预措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the effects of individual diseases separately: Analyze the impact of diabetes or osteoporosis alone on the incidence of perioperative complications (such as infections, cardiovascular events, thrombosis, etc.), postoperative recovery, and mortality in hip fracture patients. 2. Examine the synergistic effect of their combination: Determine whether there is an interaction between diabetes and osteoporosis and explore whether their combined presence aggravates perioperative risks and postoperative functional prognosis. 3. Risk stratification and clinical value: Identify high-risk populations in the perioperative period, explore key risk factors, and provide a basis for developing individualized clinical interventions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜60岁； 2.无法配合研究的患者（如认知功能障碍、精神疾病等）； 3.不能获得随访； 4.非初次发生髋部骨折患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 60 years old; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study (such as those with cognitive impairment, mental disorders, etc.); 3. Patients who cannot be followed up; 4. Patients who did not have their hip fracture for the first time;
