研究目的：

1.维护并完善中国皮肤恶性肿瘤临床诊疗真实世界大数据库。 2.了解不同病理学诊断的皮肤恶性肿瘤的临床特征及预后情况，并比较其差异。 3.了解相同病理学诊断的同种皮肤恶性肿瘤的不同病理学亚型的临床特征及预后情况及其差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. Maintain and improve the real-world clinical diagnosis database for skin malignancies in China. 2. Understand the clinical characteristics and prognosis of different pathological diagnoses of skin malignancies, and compare their differences. 3. Understand the clinical characteristics and prognosis of different pathological subtypes of the same skin malignancy diagnosed by the same pathological diagnosis, as well as their differences.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未经皮肤组织病理确诊 2.患导致皮肤恶性肿瘤患病风险增加的特殊遗传综合征，如着色性干皮病、基底细胞痣综合征、眼-皮肤白化病、营养不良性大疱性表皮松解症、Bazex-Dupre-Christol综合征等 3.皮肤肿瘤非原发于皮肤 4.因认知功能障碍无法配合且无家属协助

Exclusion criteria：

1. Without a pathological diagnosis of skin tissue 2. Suffering from a special genetic syndrome that increases the risk of developing skin malignancies, such as dyschromic ichthyosis, basal cell nevus syndrome, ocular-skin albinism, dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa, Bazex-Dupre-Christol syndrome, etc. 3. Skin tumors that are not originated from the skin 4. Unable to cooperate due to cognitive dysfunction and without the assistance of family members
