研究目的：

（1）基于文献研究和专家论证，构建一套以棋盘游戏为载体的社区老年高血压患者减盐饮食干预方案。（2）在上海市闵行区6个社区的真实场景中实施该干预方案，并评价其对于促进患者减盐行为、改善血压控制的有效性与可行性。（3）基于实证效果，对方案进行迭代优化，确立一套有效且便于推广的方案。

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a board game-based dietary salt reduction intervention program for elderly hypertensive patients in community settings, based on literature review and expert consultation. (2) Implement this intervention program in real-world settings across six communities in Minhang District, Shanghai, and evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility in promoting salt reduction behaviors and improving blood pressure control. (3) Iteratively optimize the program based on empirical outcomes to establish an effective and scalable intervention model.
