研究目的：

探讨与目前常规应用的St.Thomas停搏液相比，Del Nido停搏液在急性A型主动脉夹层外科手术治疗中心肌保护的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of Del Nido cardioplegia for the myocardial protection in the surgical treatment of acute type A aortic dissection compared with conventional St. Thomas cardioplegia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者为怀孕或哺乳妇女；2.术前应用正性肌力药物支持的；3.术前应用机械循环辅助的；4.术前伴有冠状动脉灌注不良的；5.患者目前存在严重心脏疾病(例如充血性心力衰竭，未经处理或恶化的心律失常、室性心律失常)；6.患者在入选前3个月之内有心肌梗死；7.术前伴有严重脑、内脏灌注不良，导致中风、昏迷、肾功能衰竭、消化道出血等的；8.术前心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)大于0.3ng/ml的；9.不愿意参加本次研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women;
2. Preoperative use of inotropic pharmacologic support;
3. Preoperative use of mechanical circulatory support;
4. Preoperative coronary malperfusion;
5. Patients with serious heart disease (such as congestive heart failure, untreated or worsened arrhythmias, ventricular arrhythmias);
6. Patients with myocardial infarction occurred within 3 months before enrollment;
7. Preoperative complications included severe cerebral and visceral malperfusion, leading to stroke, coma, renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding;
8. Preoperative cardiac troponin I (cTnI) greater than 0.3 ng/ml;
9. unwilling to participate in this study.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

病人开始纳入前用EXCEL2016生成随机数字，随机化设定为分层区组随机，按术前cTnI指标分为≤0.03ng/ml和0.03-0.3ng/ml两个分层，随后按每个区组20个患者进行随机，将随机数字装入信封，由研究组一位不参与病人纳入的研究人员管理，随机化分配在确定手术前日或者至少术前进行，病人被随机分配至Del nido液组或St.Thomas液组.

Random numbers are generated with EXCEL2016 before patients were included. Randomization is set to stratified block randomization. There are two stratifications according to the preoperative cTnI index <0.03 ng/ml and 0.03-0.3 ng/ml and randomization was blocked with groups of 20. Random numbers were Loaded into envelo
