研究目的：

一、主要目的 探讨0.004%阿托品联合角膜塑形镜在改善近视儿童脉络膜厚度与血流方面是否存在协同增强作用，并从生理学机制上解释其临床优越性。 二、次要目的 分析脉络膜参数变化与近视控制临床终点指标（眼轴长度等）之间的量化关系，探索将脉络膜指标作为疗效预测标志的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

I. Primary Objective To investigate whether 0.004 % atropine combined with orthokeratology produces a synergistic enhancement of choroidal thickness and perfusion in myopic children, and to elucidate the physiological mechanisms underlying any observed clinical superiority. II. Secondary Objective To quantify the relationship between changes in choroidal parameters and key clinical endpoints of myopia control (e.g., axial length), and to explore the potential of choroidal metrics as predictive biomarkers of treatment efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.儿童散光2.50以上，屈光参差1.50 D以上；
2.斜视、弱视、过敏性结膜炎等眼部异常或者影响视力的其他眼部疾病；
3.患有可能影响视力发育患有任何全身性疾病；
4.正在接受其他预防近视进展的治疗（例如，OK 镜片、阿托品、多焦点镜片、双焦点镜片）；
5.有其他被研究医生认为不适合纳入该项目的原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Astigmatism > 2.50 D or anisometropia > 1.50 D in either eye; 2. Strabismus, amblyopia, allergic conjunctivitis, or any other ocular abnormality that may affect visual acuity; 3. Any systemic disease that could interfere with visual development; 4. Concurrent use of any other myopia-progression intervention (e.g., orthokeratology lenses, atropine, multifocal or bifocal spectacles); 5. Any additional condition deemed by the investigator to render the subject unsuitable for enrollment.
