研究目的：

比较仅采用弹性髓内钉治疗与弹性髓内钉联合克氏针固定治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效、骨折愈合情况及功能恢复状况。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy, fracture healing, and functional recovery in children with radial neck fractures treated with elastic intramedullary nails alone versus elastic intramedullary nails combined with Kirschner wire fixation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.开放性骨折、病理性骨折、既往同侧肘关节损伤及临床/影像资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Open fractures, pathological fractures, previous ipsilateral elbow joint injuries, and incomplete clinical/imaging data.
