研究目的：

1.调查中青年缺血性脑卒中患者经济毒性与心理痛苦的现状水平；分析经济毒性与心理痛苦之间的相关性，探索人口学、疾病特征等因素的影响；初步揭示经济与心理因素之间的交互关系，为纵向研究奠定基础。 2.通过多时间点随访，观察中青年缺血性脑卒中患者经济毒性与心理痛苦的动态变化趋势；运用组轨迹模型分别识别经济毒性与心理痛苦的时序演变规律，进一步采用双轨迹模型，刻画两者的联动演变过程，识别不同的轨迹类型；在双轨迹模型结果的基础上，进行性别分层讨论，比较男女患者演变规律的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current level of financial toxicity and psychological distress in young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke; Analyze the correlation between financial toxicity and psychological distress, and explore the influence of factors such as demographics and disease characteristics; It initially reveals the interaction between economic and psychological factors, laying the foundation for longitudinal research. 2. Through multi-time point follow-up, observe the dynamic changing trends of financial toxicity and psychological distress in young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke; The temporal evolution laws of financial toxicity and psychological distress were respectively identified by using the group trajectory model. Further, the dual trajectory model was adopted to describe the interactive evolution process of the two and identify different trajectory types. Based on the results of the dual-trajectory model, a gender-stratified discussion was conducted to compare the differences in the evolution patterns of male and female patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有精神障碍或其他严重疾病身体状况不佳无法完成问卷的参与者； （2）近3个月经历严重心理创伤，如亲人离世、重大家庭变故等； （3）无法理解中文问卷内容。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Participants who suffer from mental disorders or other serious diseases and are in poor physical condition and unable to complete the questionnaire; (2) Having experienced severe psychological trauma in the past three months, such as the death of a loved one or major family changes; (3) Unable to understand the content of the Chinese questionnaire.
