根据样本量及随访时间要求，本次研究需要选取3-4所幼儿园的小班和中班儿童入组。研究者通过前期与园方沟通达成项目协议。每个幼儿园以班级为单位，通过抓阄的方法确定为干预组及对照组。

Based on the sample size and follow-up time requirements, this study needs to select children from the small and middle classes of 3 to 4 kindergartens for inclusion. The researchers reached a project agreement with the kindergartens through prior communication. Each kindergarten was divided into intervention and control groups by class through a lottery method.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集表为纸质版，数据采集完成后由项目组2名成员进行输机录入，一人输机的同时另外一人负责核对。相关资料在研究者电脑的特定文件夹存放，电脑的使用及文件的打开均需要密码，密码只有研究者知晓，只有经过授权的研究人员才有可能获取到数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data collection form is in paper format. After the data collection is completed, two members of the project team will enter the data into the computer. One person will enter the data while the other is responsible for verification. The relevant materials are stored in a specific folder on the researcher's computer. The use of the computer and opening of the files both require a password, which only the researcher knows. Only authorized researchers have the possibility to obtain the data.
