研究目的：

主要目的：比较采用RAG-DeepDR LLM系统的糖尿病教育方式与院内标准化教育在改善糖尿病患者血糖控制方面的效果。次要目的：评估患者对RAG-DeepDR LLM系统教育的总体满意度。

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To compare the effectiveness of education with RAG-DeepDR LLM and standard in-hospital education in improving glycemic control among patients with diabetes. Secondary objectives: To explore the satisfaction level of patients to RAG-DeepDR LLM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 终末期肾病； 2. 近半年内发生过心血管事件（如发生过心肌梗死、植入支架、不稳定型心绞痛、心衰、心功能不全等）或脑血管疾病（如脑出血、脑缺血等）； 3. 未控制的甲状腺功能亢进或甲状腺功能减退、垂体肾上腺功能异常等其他内分泌疾病； 4. 使用甲状腺激素或糖皮质激素药物； 5. 妊娠、处于哺乳期或计划妊娠； 6. 患有精神障碍类疾病、认知障碍或沟通障碍，无法配合完成研究流程； 7. 预期依从性差； 8. 已经参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. End-stage renal disease; 2. History of cardiovascular events (such as myocardial infarction, stent implantation, unstable angina, heart failure, cardiac dysfunction, etc.) or cerebrovascular diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral ischemia, etc.) within the past six months; 3. Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, pituitary-adrenal dysfunction, or other endocrine disorders; 4. Use thyroid hormones or glucocorticoid medication; 5. Pregnant, breastfeeding women or women planning to get pregnant; 6. Participants with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, or communication barriers who cannot cooperate; 7. Poor expected compliance; 8. Current participation in another clinical study.

通过区组随机法，将参与者按照1:1的比例随机分配到标准教育或RAG-DeepDR LLM组；并利用中央随机系统实施中央随机法以实现分配隐藏。

Participants were randomly assigned to either the standardized education or RAG-DeepDR LLM group in a 1:1 ratio by means of the block randomization method; and the central randomization method was implemented using a central randomization system to achieve allocation concealment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	在研究期间使用病历记录表进行数据采集，CRF中记录的数据为本研究的原始数据。研究人员应保持文件完整，将其保存在固定的地方并上锁。所有数据都将由双人输入至电子表格中，经盲查确认无误后，数据库被锁定，不能修改。根据我们的GCP规则，原始文件至少应保存5年。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The CRF will be used to collect information during the study. The data recorded in CRF by researchers is the raw data of this study. Researchers should keep files intact, store in a fixed place and locked. All data will be double-entered by researchers into a spreadsheet. After establishing and regarding as correct in review, the database will be locked, and no alteration can be made. According to our GCP rules, original files should be kept for 5 years at least.
