研究目的：

结合量表及 Go-NoGo 范式评估青少年 NSSI 患者的冲动控制能力；利用多模态脑网络组学探讨青少年 NSSI 影像学特征；重点关注前额叶-边缘系统脑网络与冲动控制能力及其与 NSSI 的关系；利用 HI-tACS 调控技术，揭示其干预前后脑网络的动态变化、外周生物学指标的变化及其与临床表征的关系，揭示其快速改善青少年 NSSI 的安全性及有效性；融合多模态数据与人工智能算法、深度学习模型，构建青少年 NSSI 智能预测与个体化干预模型，提升早期识别和精准干预的能力。

Objectives of Study：

To assess impulse control in adolescents with NSSI using scales and the Go-NoGo paradigm; Exploring imaging characteristics of adolescent NSSI through multimodal brain networkomics; Focus on the relationship between prefrontal-limbic brain networks, impulse control abilities, and NSSI; Employ HI-tACS modulation technology to reveal dynamic changes in brain networks before and after intervention, alterations in peripheral biological markers, and their association with clinical manifestations, demonstrating the safety and efficacy of rapid improvement in adolescent NSSI; Integrating multimodal data with artificial intelligence algorithms and deep learning models to construct intelligent prediction and personalized intervention models for adolescent NSSI, enhancing capabilities for early identification and precision intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the NSSI with high/low impulsivity group:
1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for NSSI in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-5): the presence of non-fatal self-injurious behaviours (excluding behaviours with clear suicidal intent), such as cutting or stabbing the skin with sharp objects, making wounds in the same area, especially in places that are easily hidden but easily accessible (e.g., forearms, front of thighs), burning the skin, and so on. 2. Age 12-18 years old;
3. the patients themselves and their guardians were aware of the study and volunteered to participate in the study;
4. maintain the same type and dose of SSRI antidepressant medication continuously for at least 15 days prior to enrolment and throughout the treatment period;
5. be divided into high impulsivity and low impulsivity groups (above average and below average scores, respectively) on the basis of the UPPS-P scale scores (the mean of the total scores is the cut-off).
Inclusion criteria for normal control group:
1. no complaints of cognitive impairment;
2. normal neurological examination;
3. normal core cognitive scales;
4. multidimensional cognitive neuropsychological assessment scale within the normal range of age and education matched.

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.意识障碍史； 2.家族遗传性疾病史； 3.中枢神经系统感染、头颅损伤、癫痫、多发性硬化、中毒代谢性疾病、颅内肿瘤、甲减、糖尿病等躯体疾病； 4.有精神分裂症、躁狂发作、双相障碍、人格改变等精神疾病史； 5.近期或长期内具有明确的自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀未遂史，或具有与自杀相关的重度精神障碍及心理社会风险因素等高自杀风险人群； 6.合并严重心、肝、肾、脑及造血系统疾病； 7.电子与金属器械物植入等 MRI 扫描禁忌症； 8.近3月有电休克治疗史； 9.T2 加权 MRI 显示脑白质损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of impaired consciousness; 2. family history of hereditary diseases; 3. somatic diseases such as central nervous system infections, head injuries, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic disorders, intracranial tumours, hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus; 4. a history of psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, manic episodes, bipolar disorder, personality changes, etc; 5. high suicide risk groups with a recent or long-term history of clear suicidal ideation, suicide plan, suicide attempt, or with severe mental disorders and psychosocial risk factors related to suicide; 6. Combined serious heart, liver, kidney, brain and haematopoietic system diseases; 7. Contraindications to MRI scanning such as implantation of electronic and metal devices; 8. History of electroconvulsive therapy in the last 3 months; 9. T2-weighted MRI showing cerebral white matter damage.
