Comparison of the effects of elbow forearm support and traditional shoulder strap on shoulder subluxation in patients with brain injury

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.偏瘫上肢骨折未完全愈合
2.偏瘫上肢外周神经损伤
3.其他原因导致的不能屈肘、佩戴肩吊带

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hemiplegia upper limb fractures are not completely healed;
2. Hemiplegia upper limb peripheral nerve injury;
3. patients can not bend the elbow, wear a shoulder strap with any other reasons;
4. with serious cognitive dysfunction, AMI>7

由项目参与者使用Minimize随机分层软件进行随机分组。以肌张力、病程等因素作为分层依据，由计算机软件分为A组（肘前臂托组）、B组（传统肩吊带组）。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Randomized with Minimize, a stratified-randomizing software. Stratify the samples according to spasm and course. Allocate the patients to A group (Elbow forearm support group), B group (Traditional shoulder strap group)
