研究目的：

主要目的：比较 7-9 岁 ADHD 儿童与年龄、性别、智商匹配的健康对照儿童在观看《哪吒之魔童降世》电影片段时的共情准确性，验证 ADHD 儿童存在共情准确性缺陷的假设。次要目的：1. 探究 ADHD 儿童与健康对照儿童在积极情绪和消极情绪两种情境下的共情准确性是否存在差异，识别情绪类型特异性的共情缺陷模式；2. 评估本研究采用的基于动画电影片段的共情准确性评估工具在儿童群体中的应用效果与安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To compare the empathic accuracy of 7-9-year-old children with ADHD and age, gender, and IQ-matched healthy children when watching clips from the animated film Ne Zha: Birth of the Demon Child, and to verify the hypothesis that children with ADHD have empathic accuracy deficits. Secondary objectives: 1. To explore whether there are differences in empathic accuracy between children with ADHD and healthy controls in positive and negative emotional contexts, and to identify emotion-type-specific empathic deficit patterns; 2. To evaluate the application effect and safety of the empathic accuracy assessment tool based on animated film clips used in this study in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在其他神经发育障碍（如自闭症谱系障碍、智力障碍）、精神疾病（如精神分裂症、严重情绪障碍）或神经系统疾病； 2. 存在严重躯体疾病（如心、肝、肾功能不全）； 3. 存在明显的感官障碍（如未矫正的视力或听力问题）； 4. 研究者判断依从性差，无法完成实验任务； 5. 在研究过程中出现需立即医疗干预的严重不良事件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability), mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, severe mood disorders) or neurological diseases; 2. Presence of severe physical diseases (e.g., cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency); 3. Presence of obvious sensory impairments (e.g., uncorrected visual or auditory problems); 4. Poor compliance judged by researchers, unable to complete experimental tasks; 5. Occurrence of serious adverse events requiring immediate medical intervention during the study.
