研究目的：

评价超声引导下胆囊造瘘术（Ultrasound-guided Cholecystostomy，UG-PTGD）免扩张条联合支架置管引流治疗急性胆囊炎（Acute cholecystitis，AC）患者的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of a modified ultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage (UG-PTGD) technique—omitting tract dilation and incorporating stent catheter drainage—in patients with acute cholecystitis (AC).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.一般资料欠缺； 2.本研究所应用材料与药物过敏； 3.急性胰腺炎等其它急腹症或严重腹水者； 4. 心、肝、肾等重大器官实质性病症； 5.既往存在胆囊相关大型手术史等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of general information; 2. Allergic reactions to the materials and drugs used in this study; 3. Patients with acute pancreatitis or other acute abdominal conditions or severe ascites; 4. Severe organic diseases of major organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 5. Previous history of large-scale surgeries related to the gallbladder, etc.
