研究目的:

本研究以髌股关节痛人群为研究对象,旨在通过实施规范化的运动康复训练,探索不同训练模式对膝关节疼痛缓解、功能恢复及下肢生物力学特征改善的影响。通过比较以离心收缩为主导的髋膝联合训练与常规训练方式在康复效果上的差异,评估其在改善下肢运动控制和功能表现方面的应用价值,为膝关节疼痛人群的运动康复干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to address the current situation where traditional combined hip-knee training yields suboptimal efficacy and high recurrence rates for a significant proportion of patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFP). It seeks to develop and validate a centrifugal-dominant combined hip-knee training programme, specifically targeting the deficiencies in eccent and high symptom recurrence rates among patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFP). It focuses on addressing deficiencies in eccentric braking capacity and rate of torque development (RTD) – aspects often overlooked in current rehabilitation models. This approach systematically enhances the lower limbs' shock absorption capacity and dynamic stability during functional activities, reduces joint loading, and more effectively promotes pain relief and restoration of athletic performance. By comparing the intervention outcomes of this programme against conventional concentric/mixed training, its advantages in alleviating pain, improving function, optimising lower limb biomechanics, and enhancing neuromuscular rapid control capabilities will be elucidated. This provides male university students with PFP a more precise, replicable rehabilitation pathway with a clear mechanism of action, while also offering theoretical support for intervention strategies targeting related lower limb sports injuries.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.发生膝关节韧带、半月板等结构性损伤; 2.有严重的内科或精神疾病; 3.近期接受过其他康复治疗或正在参加类似研究; 4.存在影响实验动作完成的其他疾病或功能障碍; 5.依从性不足,无法坚持训练。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Structural injuries to the knee ligaments, menisci and other structures; 2. Has a serious medical or mental health condition; 3. Have recently undergone other rehabilitation treatment or are currently participating in a similar study; 4. The presence of other medical conditions or functional impairments that affect the performance of the test; 5. Lack of commitment, unable to stick to the training regime.
