研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性队列研究的方法探究内镜下套扎联合硬化剂对比外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效、安全性及经济学指标，以便明确评估两种治疗方式的优劣势，为混合痔治疗方式的选择提供可靠理论依据和临床数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective cohort study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy, safety, and economic indicators of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with sclerotherapy versus Milligan–Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, so as to clearly evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two therapeutic approaches and provide a reliable theoretical basis and clinical data support for the selection of treatment strategies for mixed hemorrhoids.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.IV度混合痔或者外痔者； 2.合并肛裂、肛瘘、肛窦炎等其他肛门直肠疾病者； 3.存在严重心脑血管疾病、炎症性肠病或胃肠道恶性肿瘤者； 4.合并肝肾功能严重异常或凝血功能障碍者； 5.病历资料或随访记录缺失、不完整者； 6.处于妊娠、哺乳或产褥期的女性； 7.存在认知障碍、精神疾病等影响治疗配合的情况者；； 8.有硬化剂过敏史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with grade Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids or external hemorrhoids. 2. Patients complicated with other anorectal diseases such as anal fissure, anal fistula, and anal sinusitis. 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, or gastrointestinal malignant tumors. 4. Patients complicated with severe hepatorenal dysfunction or coagulation disorders. 5. Patients with missing or incomplete medical records or follow-up data. 6. Female patients who are pregnant, lactating, or in the puerperium. 7. Patients with cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or other conditions that affect treatment compliance. 8. Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to sclerosing agents.
