研究目的：

本研究拟通过收集心房心肌病（Atrial Cardiomyopathy, ACM）及对照组患者的血液（所有纳入患者）样本和左心耳组织样本（接受外科手术患者），利用多组学测序技术，整合单细胞转录组、蛋白修饰组、代谢组及临床表型数据，构建ACM的多维度分子图谱，揭示ACM的细胞特异性分子网络，为精准治疗提供新靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to collect blood samples from all enrolled patients with atrial cardiomyopathy (ACM) and healthy controls, as well as left atrial appendage tissue samples from those undergoing cardiac surgery. By applying multi-omics sequencing techniques, we will integrate single-cell transcriptome, protein modification omics, metabolome and clinical phenotype data to construct a multi-dimensional molecular atlas of ACM, unravel its cell-specific molecular networks, and identify novel therapeutic targets for precision therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心脏缺血性疾病、恶性心律失常、心肌炎、先天性心脏病及明确诊断其他心肌病患者； 2.继发性心房病变（如甲状腺功能亢进、酒精性心肌病）； 3.活动性肿瘤或免疫性疾病，恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全、自身免疫性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with comorbid severe ischemic heart disease, malignant arrhythmias, myocarditis, congenital heart disease, and other clearly diagnosed cardiomyopathies; 2.Secondary atrial lesions (e.g., hyperthyroidism, alcoholic cardiomyopathy); 3.Active tumors or immune diseases, malignant tumors, severe hepatorenal insufficiency, and autoimmune diseases.
