阐明内镜经鼻颅底外科术后患者出现脑脊液鼻漏的原因分析，为临床提供有价值的参考，最终达到预防和早期识别该并发症的目标。

Objectives of Study：

This clarifies the analysis of the causes of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea in patients after endoscopic transnasal skull base surgery, providing valuable reference for clinical practice and ultimately aiming to prevent and enable early detection of this complication.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①术前已有脑脊液漏的患者；②严重合并症患者，影响术后恢复或数据的完整性（如严重心肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等）；③无法进行随访的患者；④患者未能签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with preoperative cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage. 2.Patients with severe comorbidities that may affect postoperative recovery or data integrity (e.g., severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, malignancies, etc.). 3.Patients who were lost to follow-up. 4.Patients who failed to sign the informed consent form.
