本研究回顾性分析单次或重复高电压脉冲射频术治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹性神经痛患者疗效，为进一步探索针对带状疱疹性神经痛新的治疗方案提供参照。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzes the efficacy of single or repeated high-voltage pulsed radiofrequency treatment in diabetes mellitus patients combined with herpes zoster neuralgia, providing a reference for further exploration of new treatment options for herpes zoster neuralgia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法向调查人员准确描述疼痛情况（例如，存在语言障碍和神经精神疾病） 2.存在其他慢性神经痛病史 3.存在穿刺禁忌症（例如，凝血功能障碍、穿刺部位感染或肿瘤）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. inability to accurately describe the pain to the investigator (e.g., presence of speech disorders and neuropsychiatric disorders) 2. Presence of other chronic neuropathic pain history 3. presence of contraindications to puncture (e.g., coagulation disorders, puncture site infections or tumours).
