研究目的：

通过研究增强多排螺旋CT（MSCT）重型肝炎⻔静脉周围积液等影像学表现与临床肝功能预测模型及相关肝功能实验室指标关系，对重型肝炎患者临床预后进⾏预测评估。  

Objectives of Study：

By investigating the correlations between imaging findings such as periportal effusion on multi-detector spiral computed tomography (MSCT) and the clinical liver function prediction model as well as related liver function laboratory indicators in severe hepatitis, this study aims to predict and evaluate the clinical prognosis of patients with severe hepatitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肝脏⼿术或介⼊治疗史；
2.肝脏肿瘤；
3.肝内外及其他系统病变（胆系疾病、胰腺炎、 ⻔静脉栓塞、⼼功能不全、肾功能不全、低蛋⽩⾎症等）；
4.外伤；
5.影像及临床资料不全，随访失联者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of liver surgery or interventional therapy; 2. Liver tumours; 3. Intrahepatic, extrahepatic, and other systemic pathologies (biliary tract disease, pancreatitis, portal vein thrombosis, cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency, hypoalbuminaemia, etc.); 4. Traumatic injury; 5. Incomplete imaging or clinical data, or loss to follow-up.
