通过质性研究方法，探究护理人员医疗信息安全行为表现及其影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Through qualitative research methods, the manifestations of medical information security behaviors of nursing staff and their influencing factors were explored.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.调查期间因学习、事假、病假、产假等原因缺勤3个月以上的护理工作者。
2.使用护理信息系统的时间小于3个月的护理工作者。
3.因进修、试工、实习等原因未直接使用护理信息系统的护理工作者。
4.除研究者下属及研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、孕妇等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nursing workers who were absent for more than three months due to study, personal leave, sick leave, maternity leave or other reasons during the investigation period. 2. Nursing workers who have been using the nursing information system for less than three months. 3. Nursing workers who have not directly used the nursing information system due to reasons such as further education, trial work, or internship. 4. Vulnerable groups other than subordinates of the researcher and employees of the research unit, including those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
