①调查并描述倒班制护士睡眠相关担忧的现状及严重程度。 ②探讨并分析影响倒班制护士睡眠相关担忧的潜在影响因素（如人口统计学特征、工作相关因素、心理因素等）。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate and describe the current status and severity of sleep-related worry among shift-working nurses.2.To explore and analyze the potential influencing factors of sleep-related worry among shift-working nurses (e.g., demographic characteristics, work-related factors, and psychological factors).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.除研究者下属及研究单位员工以外的弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、孕妇等；
2.因进修、规培等原因在本院工作时间少于1年者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Vulnerable populations (other than the researcher's subordinates and staff), including individuals with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, critical illness, or pregnant women; 2.Nurses working in the hospital for less than 1 year due to reasons such as advanced studies or standardized training.

本研究将采用线上问卷调查法进行数据收集。研究者将通过微信工作群或联系人等方式，向作为研究对象的临床护士定向发放问卷链接和二维码。问卷首页会详细阐述本研究的目的、意义、数据保密原则及自愿参与原则，护士在充分知情后点击“同意”方可开始作答。本次调查的所有内容，包括临床护士个人的人口学与职业背景资料，均由护士本人根据实际情况在线自行填写。为保证数据质量，问卷系统会将关键题目设置为必填项以防止漏答，提交后的数据由研究者在后台统一导出，并进行逻辑核查，以确保最终收集信息的完整性与准确性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection was conducted using an online questionnaire survey. The researchers distributed the survey link and QR code specifically to eligible clinical nurses via WeChat work groups or designated contacts. The introductory page of the questionnaire detailed the study's purpose, significance, data confidentiality principles, and the voluntary nature of participation. Participants were required to click an "Agree" button to indicate their informed consent before proceeding to answer. All information, including demographic and occupational background data, was self-administered online by the nurses based on their actual situations. To ensure data quality, key items were set as mandatory fields within the system to prevent missing data. The submitted data were exported by the researchers and underwent logic checks to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of the final dataset.
