研究目的：

探究结构化生活方式对阿尔茨海默病患者神经可塑性、神经炎症、代谢功能和血管调节相关生物标志物及影像学指标的影响，及对认知功能、日常生活活动能力及躯体功能的改善作用，并深入探讨其潜在神经保护机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of a structured lifestyle on neuroplasticity, neuroinflammation, metabolic function, and vascular regulation-related biomarkers and imaging indicators in patients with Alzheimer's disease, as well as its impact on cognitive function, activities of daily living, and physical function, and to further explore its potential neuroprotective mechanisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非AD病因导致的认知障碍（如血管性痴呆、路易体病、额颞叶痴呆等）; 2.严重神经系统疾病史（如脑卒中、脑肿瘤、癫痫、帕金森病等）； 3.重要脏器功能不全、控制不佳的心脑血管疾病或不稳定型代谢性疾病; 4.存在运动禁忌证或肢体活动严重受限; 5.患有重度精神疾病或近期使用大剂量精神类药物; 6.存在磁共振扫描禁忌或无法配合完成神经心理测评; 7.照护者不配合完成研究要求.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment not caused by Alzheimer's disease (such as vascular dementia, Lewy body disease, frontotemporal dementia, etc.); 2. History of severe neurological diseases (such as stroke, brain tumor, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 3. Major organ dysfunction, poorly controlled cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease, or unstable metabolic disease; 4. Presence of contraindications to exercise or severe limitation in limb movement; 5. Suffering from severe mental illness or recent use of high doses of psychiatric medications; 6. Presence of contraindications to MRI scanning or inability to cooperate with neuropsychological assessment; 7. Caregiver unwilling to cooperate with research requirements.
