研究目的：

1、建立应用CGM的妊娠期高血糖孕妇孕期营养管理模式。 2、了解应用CGM的医学收益、社会经济成本，并与传统血糖监测管理进行对比。  

Objectives of Study：

1,Establish a prenatal nutrition management model for pregnant women with gestational hyperglycemia utilizing CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring). 2,Evaluate the medical benefits and socioeconomic costs associated with the application of CGM, and compare them with those of traditional blood glucose monitoring and management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）孕前已确诊的1型糖尿病或2型糖尿病的孕妇。 （2）孕前已确诊患有高血压、肾病、免疫系统疾病、肿瘤、糖耐量异常、胰岛素抵抗、凝血功能异常等基础疾病的孕妇。 （3）孕期发现的患有肾病、免疫系统疾病、肿瘤、凝血功能异常等基础疾病的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with a pre-pregnancy diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes; 2. Pregnant women with pre-existing underlying conditions, including hypertension, kidney disease, immune system disorders, tumors, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, coagulation abnormalities, etc; 3. Pregnant women diagnosed during pregnancy with underlying conditions such as kidney disease, immune system disorders, tumors, coagulation abnormalities, etc.
