研究目的：

主要目的：探讨腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治性切除术后24小时外周血样本中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）等炎症细胞因子及中性粒细胞（Neutrophils）、单核细胞（Monocytes）等非特异性免疫细胞与延迟性术后肠麻痹 (prolonged postoperative ileus, PPOI)的关系，并根据炎症细胞因子等指标构建腹腔镜下结直肠癌PPOI发生的预测模型；次要目的：探讨腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治性切除术术前、术后第1天（postoperative day 1, POD1）、术后第3天（postoperative day 3, POD3）血液样本中全身免疫-炎症指数（systemic immune-inflammation index，SII）、中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比率(neutrophil–lymphocyte ratio，NLR)、血小板-淋巴细胞比率（platelet lymphocyte ratio, PLR）等与PPOI的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To investigate the relationship between inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β), as well as non-specific immune cells such as neutrophils and monocytes, and delayed postoperative ileus (PPOI) in peripheral blood samples 24 hours after radical resection of colorectal cancer with laparoscopic radical resection. The prediction model of PPOI in colorectal cancer under laparoscopic treatment was constructed based on inflammatory cytokines and other indicators. Secondary objective: To investigate the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (neutrophil– ) in blood samples before laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer before surgery, postoperative day 1 (POD1), and postoperative day 3 (POD3). lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and PPOI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前存在明确的肠梗阻、肠穿孔或需急诊处理的腹腔内并发症术后出现感染情况； 2. 合并其他需要治疗的恶性肿瘤； 3. 术中因任何原因导致手术方式改变（如腹腔镜中转开腹）； 4. 患者中途退出； 5. 术后因任何原因行造口术； 6. 围手术期长期或大剂量使用影响胃肠动力的药物（如阿片类药物、多巴胺受体激动剂等）； 7. 住院期间再次手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clear preoperative intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, or intra-abdominal complications requiring emergency treatment, and postoperative infection; 2. Concomitant with other malignant tumors requiring treatment; 3. Intraoperative changes in surgical method for any reason (e.g., laparoscopic laparotomy); 4. The patient withdraws midway; 5. Postoperative ostomy for any reason; 6. Perioperative long-term or high-dose use of drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility (such as opioids, dopamine receptor agonists, etc.); 7. Patients who underwent surgery during hospitalization.
