研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨因某些原因在婴儿出生后1小时内不能直接吸吮时，单侧顺序与双侧同时吸乳对泌乳开始时间的影响；对已经开始直接喂哺的母亲，偶尔婴儿不在身边需要规律吸乳时，单侧顺序吸乳和双侧同时吸乳对维持泌乳量的差异；以及最终对此类人群的哺乳持续时间和喂哺方式的影响，比如提高产后6个月时纯母乳直接喂哺的比例。  

Objectives of Study：

This commercially sponsored study aims to explore the effectiveness portable electric breast pumps on breastfeeding initiation of hospitalized mothers for certain reason whose infants are unavailable to suckle one hour after birth; and occasionally breast pumps are required for breastfeeding established mothers who need a regular suction to maintain milk yield when they are in temporary absence; and finally the impact of breast pumps usage under such circumstances on the duration of breastfeeding in this population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 母亲有直接哺乳禁忌症，如活动性传染病或传染病筛查指标阳性、弱智妇女或正使用的药物有可能能过母乳影响婴儿;
(2) 有饮酒或吸烟问题的母亲;
(3) 可能在母乳直接喂哺方面有缺陷的重大畸形婴儿;
(4) 婴儿直接哺乳禁忌症;
(5) 拒绝参加本次试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) contraindications to breastfeeding in mother, such as active or positive of infectious diseases, mentally retarded women and those receiving drugs or agents that will be harmful to breastfeeding infants;
(2) mothers who had issues with alcohol use or smoke;
(3) major deformed infants who may be defect in breastfeeding;
(4) contraindications to breastfeeding in infants;
(5) refusal of participation in this trial
