研究目的：

明确与普通患者相比，术前行星状神经节阻滞能否改善行胰腺癌不可逆电穿孔消融术患者的不良反应，减少心血管事件的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether preoperative celiac plexus blockade can improve the adverse reactions of patients with irreversible electroperforation ablation of pancreatic compared with ordinary patients and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)对区域阻滞技术有禁忌症者（局部麻醉剂过敏，穿刺部位周围感染和有凝血障碍者：如PLT＜80﹡10＾9/L，INR＞1.5； (2)3 个月内发生过任何脑血管意外，如脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）者；(3)语言交流障碍或精神失常的患者；(4)严重心动过缓或II-III度房室传导阻滞者；(5)存在对试验药物及其他麻醉药物的禁忌症者；确定/怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇静镇痛药者；(6)研究过程中自行退出研究者；(7)癫痫患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have contraindications to regional blockade techniques (allergic to local anesthetics, infected around the puncture site, those with coagulation disorders: such as PLT < 80*10^9/L, INR > 1.5); 2. Those who have any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA), within 3 months; 3. Patients with language communication disorders or psych; 4. Patients with severe bradycardia or II-III degree atrioventricular block; 5. Those who have contraindications to the study and other anesthetic drugs; Those who are determined/suspected of abusing anesthetic sedatives and analgesics; 6. Researchers who withdraw from the study on their own 7. Epilepsy patients;

随机处理分配由独立的生物统计学家以1:1的比例生成，使用SAS 9.2的PROC PLAN程序软件（SAS Institute，Cary，生随机数列NC，USA）。分配者按顺序编号密封，由调查人员控制的不透明信封，调查人员不会参与患者护理或数据采集。由麻醉医师随机化打开信封，在手术开始前，准备适当的研究药物。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random treatment assignments were generated in a 1:1 ratio by an independent statistician using the PROC PLAN procedure software, version 9.2SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA). The assignments were sealed in sequentially numbered, opaque envelopes controlled by the investigator, who did not participate in patient care or data. The envelopes were randomized to be opened by the anesthesiologist, who prepared the appropriate study drug before the start of surgery.
