研究目的：

1 明确影响代谢术后高血压改善的胆汁酸代谢物； 2 探索胆汁酸代谢物与高血压发生发展之间的关系； 3 探索TRPC3在胆汁酸改善高血压中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify bile acid metabolites that influence the improvement of postoperative hypertension; 2. Investigate the relationship between bile acid metabolites and the onset and progression of hypertension; 3. Investigate the role of TRPC3 in the role of bile acids in improving hypertension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

回顾性部分排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、明确诊断的继发性高血压； 4、滥用药物或酒精成瘾，或患有难以控制的精神疾病； 5、智力障碍或智力不成熟，行为不能自控者； 6、对手术预期不符合实际者； 7、不愿承担手术潜在并发症及风险者； 8、不能配合术后饮食及生活习惯改变，依从性差者； 9、全身状况差，难以耐受全身麻醉或手术者； 10、不同意参与本研究者。 前瞻性部分：血压正常人排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、严重肝肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病或精神障碍。 前瞻性部分：原发性高血压患者排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、明确诊断的继发性高血压； 4、严重肝肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病或精神障碍。 前瞻性部分：经 RYGB 手术后的高血压患者排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、明确诊断的继发性高血压； 4、滥用药物或酒精成瘾，或患有难以控制的精神疾病； 5、智力障碍或智力不成熟，行为不能自控者； 6、对手术预期不符合实际者； 7、不愿承担手术潜在并发症及风险者； 8、不能配合术后饮食及生活习惯改变，依从性差者； 9、全身状况差，难以耐受全身麻醉或手术者。 前瞻性部分：需要手术切除部分肠系膜组织的无高血压患者排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、严重肝肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病或精神障碍； 4、全身状况差，难以耐受全身麻醉或手术者。 前瞻性部分：需要手术切除部分肠系膜组织的高血压患者排除标准 1、明确诊断非肥胖型 1 型糖尿病； 2、胰岛β细胞功能已基本丧失； 3、明确诊断的继发性高血压； 4、严重肝肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病或精神障碍； 5、全身状况差，难以耐受全身麻醉或手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

Retrospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Patients Undergoing RYGB Surgery 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Patients undergoing metabolic surgery at our hospital. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Normotensive Individuals 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. 18.5 <= BMI < 24.0; 3. Systolic blood pressure <= 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure <= 90 mmHg; 4. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Patients with Primary Hypertension 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Hypertensive Patients Undergoing RYGB Surgery 1. Age 16-65 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 90 mmHg; 3. Patients undergoing metabolic surgery at our hospital; 4. Signed informed consent, agreeing to participate in this study. Prospective Part: Inclusion Criteria for Normotensive Patients Requiring Partial Mesenteric Resection 1.
