纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对罗哌卡因等局部麻醉药过敏的患者 2.凝血功能障碍（INR＞1.5或血小板＜50×10⁹/L）；穿刺部位感染、解剖变异（如颈椎严重骨质增生） 3.呼吸系统病史:严重慢性阻塞性肺病、慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作、严重气道狭窄、 咽喉部肿物、(支)气管食管瘘或气道撕裂病史、筛选前近2周内发生严重呼吸道感染 4.心血管病史:未控制的高血压[未经降压药治疗收缩压(SBP)>170mmHg和或舒张压(DBP)>105mmHg，或经降压药治疗后SBP>160mmHg和/或DBP>100mmHg]、动脉瘤、严重心律失常、心力衰竭、阿-斯(Adams-stokes)综合征、纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级>III级、严重的上腔静脉阻塞综合征、心包积液、急性心肌缺血、不稳定心绞痛、筛选前近 6个月内发生心肌梗塞、需药物治疗的心动过速/过缓史、II-III度房室传导阻滞(不包括使用起搏器者) 5.肝肾肺等脏器病变严重者 6.中枢神经系统疾病患者，睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者和其他类型的睡眠障碍患者 7.MRI禁忌症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients allergic to local anaesthetics such as ropivacaine 2. Coagulation disorders (INR >1.5 or platelets <50×10⁹/L); puncture site infection, anatomical variations (e.g., cervical spine with severe osteophytes) 3. Respiratory history: severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute exacerbation of COPD, severe airway stenosis, pharyngeal swelling, history of (broncho-)oesophageal fistulae or airway lacerations, severe respiratory infections within the last 2 weeks prior to screening 4. History of cardiovascular disease: uncontrolled hypertension [systolic blood pressure (SBP) >170 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >105 mmHg without antihypertensive medication, or SBP >160 mmHg and/or DBP >100 mmHg with antihypertensive medication], aneurysm, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, Adams-stokes syndrome, New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac class > III, severe superior vena cava obstruction syndrome, pericardial effusion, acute myocardial ischaemia, unstable angina pectoris, myocardial infarction within the last 6 months prior to screening, history of tachycardia/bradycardia requiring pharmacological treatment, degree II-III atrioventricular block (excluding pacemaker use). 5. Serious diseases of the liver, kidney, lungs and other organs. 6. Patients with central nervous system diseases, sleep apnoea syndrome and other types of sleep disorders. 7. MRI contraindications;
