研究目的：

1.主要目的：评估单颗磨牙即刻种植即刻修复在种植体周围骨重建方面的效果，跟踪并分析术后骨水平变化，观察治疗的临床疗效; 2.次要目的：评估即刻种植即刻修复在种植体成功率、软组织健康（如龈乳头指数、角化龈宽度、探诊深度、出血指数等）、修复体美学效果、患者满意度、术后不适感及并发症发生率等方面的表现，此外，还将分析治疗的经济效益。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of immediate implant placement and immediate restoration for a single molar in bone reconstruction around the implant, to track and analyze postoperative changes in bone levels, and to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment; 2. Secondary Objectives: To assess the performance of immediate implant placement and immediate restoration in terms of implant success rate, soft tissue health (such as papilla index, width of keratinized gingiva, probing depth, bleeding index, etc.), aesthetic outcomes of the restoration, patient satisfaction, postoperative discomfort, and incidence of complications. In addition, the economic benefits of the treatment will also be analyzed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重的心脑血管疾病和癫痫等神经系统疾病史者； 2.存在全身性系统性疾病比如糖尿病、血液病且未控制者； 3.长期服用双膦酸盐类药物者； 4.重度吸烟（＞20 支/天）或嗜酒者； 5.存在由于任何疾病导致的张口受限者； 6.患牙或邻近组织存在急性炎症者； 7.妊娠期和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with a history of severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or neurological diseases such as epilepsy; 2. Individuals with uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes or blood disorders; 3. Individuals who have been taking bisphosphonates for a long time; 4. Heavy smokers (>20 cigarettes/day) or alcohol abusers; 5. Individuals with restricted mouth opening due to any disease; 6. Teeth or surrounding tissues with acute inflammation; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management will be performed using both a Case Report Form (CRF) and an electronic data capture (EDC) system. Study data will be recorded by trained investigators and entered into a secure database for verification, management, and archiving.
