Exploring the factors influencing early adverse reactions to glucocorticoid therapy in patients with primary glomerular diseases

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入组前3个月内曾使用激素和/或免疫抑制剂;
2.对糖皮质激素过敏；
3.活动性感染未控制；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.未控制的严重糖尿病或精神疾病；
6.病历资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of hormones and/or immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to enrollment；
2.Allergy to glucocorticoids；
3.Uncontrolled active infection；
4.Pregnant or lactating women；
5.Uncontrolled severe diabetes or psychiatric disorders；
6.Incomplete medical records.
