分析TLR2信号通路关键分子在儿童MPP中的表达特征,探讨其与MPP临床特征和预后的相关性,并评估其对SMPP的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study:

Analysis of the Expression Characteristics of Key Molecules in the TLR2 Signaling Pathway in Pediatric MPP, Investigation of Their Correlation with Clinical Features and Prognosis of MPP, and Evaluation of Their Predictive Value for SMPP.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①伴有病毒、细菌、衣原体等其他混合感染;②入组前近3个月内使用过糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂治疗;③合并染色体疾病、代谢性疾病、血液病、神经系统疾病、免疫性疾病;④合并支气管哮喘、肺结核等其他呼吸系统疾病;⑤有恶性肿瘤病史 ;⑥ 先天性肺发育不良或重要脏器功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of co-infections with viruses, bacteria, chlamydia, or other pathogens; 2. Use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within the 3 months prior to enrollment; 3.Comorbid chromosomal disorders, metabolic diseases, hematologic diseases, neurological disorders, or immune-mediated diseases; 4. Comorbid respiratory conditions such as bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, or other respiratory diseases; 5. History of malignant tumors; 6. Congenital pulmonary hypoplasia or dysfunction of major organs.
