针对老年健康问题严峻的现状,聚焦社区衰弱前期老年人群体,运用数字健康技术,设计并实施抗阻联合平衡的“零食运动”训练方案,深入探究其对社区衰弱前期老年人在身体机能、健康状况及生活质量等方面的干预效果,为改善社区衰弱前期老年人的健康水平提供科学依据与实践指导。  

Objectives of Study:

Confronting the pressing health challenges associated with population aging, this investigation centers on community-dwelling older adults in the pre-frailty stage. Utilizing digital health technologies, we developed and implemented a structured exercise snacking regimen integrating resistance and balance components. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted to assess the intervention's efficacy in enhancing physical performance, health outcomes, and quality of life among this target population. The findings aim to establish an evidence-based foundation and propose practical implementation strategies for managing pre-frailty in community-based settings.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 过去三个月内发生过急性心肌梗死; 2. 存在不稳定或持续性的心血管或呼吸系统疾病; 3. 中度至重度认知障碍; 4. 影响合作精神的各类精神疾病; 5. 近半年内发生过创伤性骨折; 6. 过去三个月内每周参与中等强度以上体力活动超过 150 分钟; 7. 严重视力或听力问题; 8. 其他可能妨碍运动的潜在健康问题; 9. 已参与过或正在参加其他相关性研究者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Acute myocardial infarction has occurred within the past three months; 2. There are unstable or persistent cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; 3. Moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 4. Various mental illnesses that affect the spirit of cooperation; 5. Traumatic fractures have occurred within the past six months; 6. Have participated in moderate-intensity or higher physical activities for more than 150 minutes per week within the past three months; 7. Severe vision or hearing problems; 8. Other potential health issues that may hinder exercise; 9. Have participated in or are currently participating in other related research.

基于数字健康技术的抗阻联合平衡"零食运动"训练:每日安排晨起、午后和睡前3个时段的"零食式"训练,每次训练持续10-15分钟,包含3-5个动作单元(每个动作1分钟+休息1分钟),每日共完成2次核心训练;同时每周在社区中心进行2次平衡训练仪专项练习,单次时长从基础期的10分钟逐步增至强化期的20分钟,全程结合智能手环和APP实现每日1次5分钟的数据同步与远程反馈,形成"每日居家短训+每周线下强化"的高频干预体系。干预强度采用渐进式三级设计,分为低、中、高三档。

Digital health technology-based resistance and balance 'snack exercise' training: three daily 'snack-style' training sessions scheduled in the morning, afternoon, and before bedtime, each lasting 10-15 minutes, consisting of 3-5 exercise units (1 minute per exercise + 1 minute rest), with two core training sessions completed daily; additionally, two weekly balance training sessions using a balance trainer at community centers, with session duration increasing from 10 minutes in the initial phase to 20 minutes in the advanced phase. Real-time data synchronization and remote feedback via smart wristband and app occur once daily for 5 minutes, forming a high-frequency intervention system combining 'daily home micro-training + weekly in-person reinforcement'. Intervention intensity follows a progressive three-level design: low, moderate, and high.
