研究目的：

本研究基于单中心回顾性队列，通过门诊随访，旨在明确MDT模式对结直肠癌伴转移患者总生存期（Overall Survival, OS）的影响，为优化临床实践提供循证依据。相关的研究结果期望能够为未来结直肠癌伴转移患者的标准化诊治提供临床数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on a single-center retrospective cohort and through outpatient follow-up, this study aims to clarify the impact of the MDT model on the Overall Survival (OS) of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, thereby providing an evidence-based basis for optimizing clinical practice. It is expected that the relevant research findings will offer clinical data support for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer in the future.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. CRF设计：依据试验方案制定标准化CRF，经伦理委员会审批。包含受试者筛选、随机化、访视、不良事件等模块。纸质CRF由研究者签署后48小时内录入EDC。 2. EDC系统：采用ResMan®云平台（符合21 CFR Part 11），实现： - 角色权限管理（3级访问控制） - 实时逻辑核查（自动触发质疑） - 全操作轨迹追踪 - 数据加密（SSL/TLS） 质控流程：双人录入关键数据，CRA每例SDV，数据管理员每月导出质疑报告。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection and Management: 1. CRF Design: Standardized CRFs developed per trial protocol, approved by the Ethics Committee. Includes modules for subject screening, randomization, visits, and adverse events. Paper CRFs are signed by investigators and entered into EDC within 48 hours. 2. EDC System: ResMan® cloud platform (21 CFR Part 11 compliant) featuring: - Role-based access control (three-tiered system) - Real-time logic checks (auto-generated queries) - Full audit trail tracking - Data encryption (SSL/TLS) with daily backups (Alibaba Cloud Hangzhou Data Center) Quality Control: Dual independent entry for critical data, 100% SDV by CRAs, and monthly query reports from data managers.
