研究目的：

（1）研究连续血糖监测与静脉血糖之间的关联，了解前者的准确性及其与后者之间的相互关系； （2）研究糖尿病患者围术期血糖变化的特点，探索其与其他生命体征和术后并发症之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the correlation between continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and venous blood glucose, clarify the accuracy of the former and its interrelationship with the latter. (2) To explore the characteristics of blood glucose changes in diabetic patients during the perioperative period, and analyze their associations with other vital signs and postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）妊娠、术前存在严重感染或出血； （2）合并心、肝、肾功能衰竭等严重器质性病变； （3）合并严重自身免疫性疾病及严重的电解质紊乱； （4）行急诊手术；排除1型、其他特殊类型和妊娠期糖尿病； （5）CGM设备禁忌症（皮肤过敏）； （6）中途退出、失访患者、传感器故障（＞50%的传感器数据缺失）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria 1.Pregnancy, presence of severe infection or hemorrhage before surgery. 2.Complicated with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver, or renal failure. 3.Complicated with severe autoimmune diseases and severe electrolyte disturbances. 4.Undergoing emergency surgery; patients with type 1 diabetes, other special types of diabetes, or gestational diabetes are excluded. 5.Contraindications to continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices (e.g., skin allergy). 6.Patients who withdraw midway, are lost to follow-up, or have sensor malfunctions with more than 50% of sensor data missing.
