本研究旨在明确电针干预能够有效增加脑梗死恢复期患者的下肢肌肉体积，改善其下肢运动功能，为电针在脑梗后下肢康复中的应用提供有效证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify that electroacupuncture intervention can effectively increase the muscle volume of the lower limbs and improve the motor function of the lower limbs in patients recovering from cerebral infarction, and provide effective evidence for the application of electroacupuncture in lower limb rehabilitation after cerebral infarction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肝、肾、造血系统等重大原发性疾病或恶性肿瘤者； 2.脑梗死后意识障碍、严重失语、认知功能障碍或合并严重精神疾病，无法配合治疗与评估者； 3.患侧下肢存在关节挛缩、严重骨质疏松、局部皮肤破损感染或伴有其他影响运动功能的神经系统或骨科疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those combined with serious primary diseases or malignant tumors such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 2. Those who suffer from impaired consciousness, severe aphasia, cognitive dysfunction or severe mental illness after cerebral infarction and are unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 3. Those with joint contracture, severe osteoporosis, local skin damage and infection in the affected lower limb, or other neurological or orthopedic diseases that affect motor function.
