研究目的：

本研究通过前瞻性多中心队列设计，系统控制母体特征、治疗方案及多胎妊娠等混杂变量，首次对比新鲜周期与 FET（自然周期/激素替代周期）、鲜胚与冻胚移植对子痫前期、GDM、早产等核心结局的影响，并探索激素水平波动及胎盘功能异常的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study, through a prospective multicenter cohort design, systematically controlled for confounding variables such as maternal characteristics, treatment regimens, and multiple pregnancies. It was the first to compare the effects of fresh cycles versus FET (natural cycles/hormone replacement cycles), fresh embryos versus frozen embryos on core outcomes such as preeclampsia, GDM, and preterm birth, and to explore the potential mechanisms underlying fluctuations in hormone levels and abnormal placental function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.母体因素：严重基础疾病：如心功能不全（NYHA 分级 III-IV 级）、活动性恶性肿瘤、未控制的甲状腺功能异常；染色体异常或遗传性疾病家族史（需经遗传咨询排除）；妊娠前 3 个月内接受过可能影响妊娠结局的治疗（如化疗、放疗）。 2.胚胎因素：移植染色体异常胚胎（如 PGT-A 检测异常的胚胎）；移植嵌合体胚胎或低质量胚胎（形态学评分≤3 级）。 3.其他排除：拒绝签署知情同意书或无法配合随访；非计划内妊娠（如意外妊娠）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Maternal factors: Severe underlying diseases: such as heart failure (NYHA class III-IV), active malignant tumors, uncontrolled thyroid dysfunction; family history of chromosomal abnormalities or genetic diseases (which need to be excluded through genetic counseling); having received treatments that may affect pregnancy outcomes within the first three months of pregnancy (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy). 2. Embryonic factors: Transplanting chromosomally abnormal embryos (such as embryos with abnormal PGT-A test results); transplanting mosaic embryos or low-quality embryos (with a morphology score of ≤ grade 3). 3. Other exclusions: Refusal to sign the informed consent form or inability to cooperate with follow-up; unplanned pregnancies (such as unintended pregnancies).
