研究目的：

本项目通过应用悬吊训练技术（S-E-T Sling Exercise Therapy）为理论基础，对腰椎间盘突出患者的核心肌群予以锻炼，缓解疼痛提升下肢运动功能，通过表面肌电图的测定，对腰腿痛及下肢运动功能障碍的患者进行核心肌群的分析，提高训练的准确性。通过SET与患者互动这一有别于传统作业疗法的方式，观察此项新技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者遗留不同程度的腰腿痛及下肢运动功能障碍的改善情况及长期疗效。旨在改善腰腿痛及下肢运动功能障碍，从而提高患者的生存质量，探索能提高腰椎间盘突出症后腰腿痛及下肢运动功能障碍训练的有效方法，减轻患者及家庭社会的负担。  

Objectives of Study：

This project by applying suspension training techniques (S - E - T Sling Exercise Therapy) as the theoretical basis, to Exercise the core muscles of patients with lumbar disc, pain relief ascending lower limb motor function, through the methods of determination of the electrical diagram, for patients with lumbocrural pain and lower limb motor function obstacle for the analysis of the core muscles, improve the accuracy of the training.Through the SET to interact with patients this is different from the traditional operation therapy, observation of the new technology on patients with lumbar disc prolapse legacy varying degrees of improvement of lumbocrural pain and lower limb motor dysfunction and long-term results.Aimed at improving lumbocrural pain and lower limb motor function obstacle, to improve the quality of survival in patients with lumbocrural pain after exploration can improve the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and effective method to lower limb dysfunction of sports training, reduce the burden of the patient and family society.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准: ①有脊柱手术史; ②有脊柱骨折史; ③体格检查有明确的下肢肌力下降; ④伴严重心脑血管疾病、癌症等不能耐受运动训练; ⑤患者拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. has a history of spinal surgery;
2. has a history of spinal fractures;There is a clear lower limb muscle strength decrease;
3. physical check;
4. with a serious disease of heart head blood-vessel, cancer can't tolerate such as exercise training; Refused to participate the study.
