研究目的：

探讨鼻咽通气道供氧在儿童因肺炎行气管镜气管镜诊疗中的效果及安全性，为鼻咽通气道在儿童气管镜诊疗中的应用和推广提供实践依据。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of nasopharyngeal airway oxygenation during bronchoscopy in children with pneumonia, providing a practical basis for the application and promotion of nasopharyngeal airways in pediatric bronchoscopic procedures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.放置鼻咽通气道禁忌症（鼻部结构异常或病变、颅底骨折等）； 2.仅做上呼吸道检查； 3.术前需要有创机械通气； 4.已知主气道重度狭窄者； 5.拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.1.Contraindications to nasopharyngeal airway placement (e.g., nasal structural abnormalities or lesions, skull base fracture, etc.). 2. Examination confined to the upper respiratory tract only. 3. Requirement for invasive mechanical ventilation prior to the procedure. 4. Known severe stenosis of the main airway. 5.Refusal to participate in the study.

Intervention：	Insert the nasopharyngeal airway (select the appropriate model based on the distance from the external nasal foramen to the mandibular Angle of the child), connect the anesthesia machine, and intermittently inject 1-2mg/kg of propofol or inhale sevoflurane	Intervention code：
