研究目的：

本研究旨在通过分析舌质、舌苔、舌态、舌下络脉以及舌苔菌群的动态变化，明确其与缺血性中风患者神经功能恢复之间的相关性，为中医“司外揣内”——舌诊在缺血性中风病的转归和预后方面提供科学依据，将传统舌诊经验转化为可量化的生物学指标（如舌色参数、舌苔面积、舌苔厚度、舌下络脉形态、舌苔菌群数量/种类等），为舌诊量化提供新依据，并探索缺血性中风神经功能预后的早期微生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the dynamic changes in tongue , tongue coating, tongue morphology, sublingual collaterals, and tongue coating microbiota to elucidate their correlation with neurological function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke. The research seeks to provide a scientific basis for the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) principle of "inspecting the exterior to examine the interior" — specifically, the application of tongue diagnosis in predicting the progression and prognosis of ischemic stroke. By transforming empirical tongue diagnosis observations into quantifiable biological indicators (such as tongue color parameters, coating area, coating thickness, sublingual collateral morphology, and the quantity/variety of tongue coating microbiota), this study will offer new evidence for the quantification of tongue diagnosis. Additionally, it aims to explore early microbial biomarkers for predicting neurological outcomes in ischemic stroke.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重肝肾疾病、恶性肿瘤或口腔病变（如舌癌、严重口腔溃疡）；
2.无法配合舌象采集（如意识障碍、气管插管）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combination of severe liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, or oral lesions (such as tongue cancer, severe oral ulcers); 2. Unable to cooperate with tongue image collection (such as cognitive impairment, tracheal intubation).
