Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the feasibility of ultrasound assisted closed reduction and internal fixation of supracondylar humeral fractures in children; 2. To compare the effect and safety of ultrasound versus fluoroscopy assisted closed reduction and internal fixation of supracondylar humeral fractures in children.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

多发性骨折，开放性骨折，研究者判断依从性不好，不能严格执行方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. An open wound at the elbow, or unstable vital signs or associated life-threatening injuries;
2. Subjects'compliance is not good and they can't carry out the program strictly.
