本研究旨在通过混合现实技术（MR）联合客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）模式，优化ECMO护士培训体系，从而提高ECMO护士的临床培训效果，提高ECMO护士的岗位胜任力。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to optimize the ECMO nurse training system by combining mixed reality (MR) technology with the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) model, thereby improving the clinical training effectiveness of ECMO nurses and enhancing their job competence.
