Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

病理性骨折患者、人工髋关节置换术后患者、神经肌肉疾病患者、炎症性疾病患者、脑血管病致偏瘫患者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with pathological hip fractures, prior hip arthroplasty, neuromuscular disorders, inflammatory disorders, and hemiplegia secondary to cerebrovascular disease.

由两名经过培训的医师,选取各个病人层厚为 5.0 毫米髋关节CT平扫横断图像,于骶髂关节下缘髋臼上缘、及小转子下缘水平分别测量臀中肌、臀小肌、臀大肌、股四头肌、大腿内侧肌群的横截面积及放射密度

Measure time point of outcome:

Hip CT scans obtained after the occurrence of a hip fracture and prior to surgical treatment.

Measure method:

Two trained physicians selected axial images from non-contrast hip CT scans with a slice thickness of 5.0 mm for each patient. The cross-sectional area (CSA) and radiodensity of the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, gluteus maximus, quadriceps femoris, and medial thigh muscle groups were measured at the level of the inferior border of the sacroiliac joint (superior to the acetabulum) and the inferior border of the lesser trochanter, respectively.

本研究为回顾性研究。所有数据均来源于汕头大学医学院第一附属医院的医学影像归档与通信系统(PACS)。由经过培训的研究人员,按照预先设定的纳排标准,调取 2020年1月至2025年4月期间入院的确诊为髋部骨折患者的CT图像及基线临床资料。由两名经过统一培训的医师独立进行CT图像的测量工作,并记录结果,最终由项目负责人进行数据核查。采集到的数据将进行严格的匿名化处理,去除所有个人身份标识信息,并为每位患者分配唯一的研究编号。经过处理的科研数据将存储在医院内网受密码保护的加密研究专用电脑中,数据的访问权限仅限于本研究团队成员。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This is a retrospective study. All data were sourced from the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. Following predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, trained research personnel retrieved the hip CT images and baseline clinical data of patients admitted between January 2020 and April 2025 with a confirmed diagnosis of hip fracture. Two uniformly trained physicians independently performed measurements on the CT images and recorded the results. All data were subsequently verified by the project lead. The collected data were strictly anonymized by removing all personal identifiers and assigning a unique study code to each patient. The processed research data are stored on an encrypted, password-protected computer within the hospital's internal network, with access restricted to members of the research team.
